Repair, maintenance, replacement.

Repair

Diagnosed and explained first. On a roadmap building, each repair is noted against the plan.

Maintenance

Spring and fall service on every unit, with a note after each visit.

Replacement

In planned waves where we can, with the crane, curb, electrical and permit spelled out.

Homes

For houses.
